Recently I decided to do another certification. Since I was able to gain some experience in the context of testing in the last years and because testing is an interesting and important topic, I decided to go for a foundation level certification in testing. ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) is a global provider of such certifications.

The Foundation Level syllabus forms the basis of the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB®) Certified Tester Scheme and the certified tester is a prerequisite for all further certifications.

In preparation for the certification I have studied the following contents.

– ISTQB CTFL Syllabus 2018 V3.1
– YouTube Video Playlist

Furthermore I did some test exams
– TestPot.com
– CTFL 2018 Sample Exam A to C

As soon as I feel ready for the exam I’ll register for an electronic exam administered by a Pearson VUE expert in real time via webcam at Brightest.
